(Quantitative Research Methods)


NYU Shanghai is currently inviting applications for a Full-time Continuing Contract (FTCC) faculty position in related social science disciplines (open-rank), to start in Fall, 2022. We seek candidates who have completed a Ph.D. in Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, or other closely related fields, who can teach Quantitative Research Methods at undergraduate level beyond elementary statistics, other courses of their own expertise, and contribute to the curriculum development in interdisciplinary programs (e.g., Global Health, Urban and Environmental Studies, and Public Policy) in the Area of Social Science. The appointment is made initially for three years, renewable, subject to mutual agreement. Applicants will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of teaching/research interests, and samples of syllabi (if any) and evidence of teaching effectiveness including any teaching evaluations via Interfolio. Additionally, applicants will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of three referees. Each referee will be contacted to upload a reference letter through Interfolio.
